Corvioren™ is focused on warm, practical home furnishings designed for everyday living. In order to improve fulfillment efficiency and avoid unnecessary storage overhead, some items may be shipped through carefully selected production and fulfillment partners.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every Corvioren™ order is prepared with care before shipment.

Processing Time:
Orders generally require 2–4 business days for confirmation, handling, inspection, and packing before dispatch.

Busy Periods:
During holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
We currently charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Because some products are fulfilled through different shipping partners, delivery times can vary depending on the destination.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 10–15 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11–16 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 15–20 business days

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed arrival dates.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment information is created
  • If tracking does not refresh immediately, your package may still be moving through the carrier network

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer
  • Corvioren™ is not responsible for customs-related delivery delays
  • Import requirements vary by country and are determined by local authorities

For many smaller home goods orders, additional customs charges may not apply, but this depends on the destination.


5. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to help avoid shipping delays.

If you need to:

  • update your shipping address
  • correct order details
  • request an order cancellation

please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your shopping experience matters to us, and we want to help if there is an issue during delivery.

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives with visible damage, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement solution.

Lost in Transit

If the shipping carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
