Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective item
  • the wrong product
  • an item with a clear delivery issue

please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

When reaching out, it helps to include:

  • a brief explanation of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain product categories may not be accepted for return. These may include:

  • personalized or custom-made items
  • products marked as final sale
  • gift cards
  • any item returned in a used, altered, or non-resalable condition
  • original shipping charges paid at checkout

If a product falls under a non-returnable category, this will apply even if a general return request is submitted.


5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct product exchanges through the same return process.

If you would like a different item, the usual process is:

  1. request a return for the original order if eligible
  2. once the return is approved, place a new order for the preferred item

This helps ensure faster processing and clearer inventory handling.


6. European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

To qualify under this provision:

  • the item must be unused
  • it must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • proof of purchase must be included

This EU right applies where required by law and exists separately from our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund review.

If the refund is approved:

  • the refund will be sent to your original payment method
  • processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

Please also note that:

  • your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds
  • refund timing can vary depending on the payment institution

8. Return Shipping Address
